I'm Julius Eniolu — a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and AI Governance Professional (AIGP), with over 20 years advising senior leadership on cyber risk, security architecture, and organisational resilience.

Across two decades in enterprise security, I've led cyber advisory programmes spanning cloud, infrastructure, and application portfolios — reporting directly to senior leadership on risk posture and security maturity. I've led the secure integration of an acquired international network across multiple continents, built and matured security governance frameworks from the ground up, and directed incident response and resilience testing to keep organisations operating through disruption.

I've guided organisations through regulatory alignment — including GDPR, DORA, and Operational Resilience requirements — and worked as a trusted security architecture and design authority across finance, energy, and technology sectors, presenting directly to boards and C-level executives. More recently, I've extended that same governance discipline into AI, helping organisations think through responsible and compliant AI adoption.

I started Eniolu Academy because I kept meeting talented people — some already in IT, some coming from completely different careers — who wanted to move into cybersecurity, AI governance, or automation, but didn't know where to start, which certification actually mattered, or how to present themselves to someone like me on the other side of an interview table. Whether you're aiming for a technical security role or a governance and AI compliance path, my goal is the same: give you the plan, the preparation, and the confidence that comes from working with someone who has actually done the hiring, not just the teaching.
