The terms that govern enrolment in Eniolu Academy courses, coaching, and services.

1.About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of courses, coaching, and services offered by Can Do Ventures Limited, trading as Eniolu Academy (company number 06841440) ("we", "us", "our") through this website. The contracting party for all course purchases is Can Do Ventures Limited. By enrolling in a course, booking a coaching session, or otherwise purchasing a service from us, you agree to these Terms.

Eniolu Academy is a trading name of Can Do Ventures Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 06841440. Registered office: The Lighthouse, Station Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1QJ.

2.Our Services

We provide certification exam-preparation courses (including CCISO, CISM, AIGP, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, and the Networking Essentials Bootcamp), the Cyber Career Starter Bundle (Networking Essentials Bootcamp followed by CompTIA Security+ Exam Prep), 1:1 career coaching, interview and salary negotiation coaching, and a free career-clarity challenge. Courses are delivered live, online by default, with in-person delivery available for local learners on request and subject to confirmation.

3.Enrolment and Payment

  • Full payment (or an agreed instalment/Buy Now Pay Later arrangement via Klarna, where offered) is required to secure your place on a course.
  • Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and are correct at the time of publishing; we reserve the right to change prices for future cohorts, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by later price changes.
  • Instalment payments through Klarna are a separate agreement between you and Klarna.
  • Special offers, such as challenge-member prices, are available only until the deadline stated with the offer, cannot be combined with other offers, and are not applied after the deadline.
  • Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4.Course Delivery

  • Courses are delivered on the dates and times confirmed at booking. Full attendance across all sessions is expected to get the intended value from the course.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule a session with reasonable notice in the event of illness, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient enrolment, and will offer an alternative date or a full refund if this happens.
  • We may occasionally update course content to reflect changes in certification exam syllabuses; this does not affect your right to attend the cohort you booked.
  • You are responsible for having suitable equipment, a reliable internet connection and, for hands-on courses, any free software we ask you to install (such as Cisco Packet Tracer). See our FAQ for requirements.
  • Sessions may be recorded and shared with learners in the same cohort for catch-up. You may not record sessions yourself or share recordings outside your cohort.

5.Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered. Coaching packages are agreed in writing after your discovery call and include their own terms.

6.No Guarantee of Exam or Interview Outcomes

Our courses provide training, exam preparation and career guidance. We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam or obtain employment.

While we bring direct hiring and certification experience to every course and coaching engagement, we cannot guarantee that any learner will pass a certification exam, obtain a job offer, or achieve a particular salary outcome. Outcomes depend on individual effort, prior experience, and factors outside our control. Exam vouchers, where not explicitly included in a course price, must be purchased separately by the learner directly from the relevant certification body.

7.Code of Conduct

We expect all learners to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove a learner from a live session or cohort, without refund, in cases of abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.

8.Intellectual Property

All course materials and the free challenge, worksheets, slides, and recordings remain the intellectual property of Eniolu Academy. Learners may use materials for personal study but may not redistribute, resell, or publish course content without written permission.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10.Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our separate Privacy Policy.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to your booking.
