Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your place entirely (i.e. you no longer wish to attend the course at all), refund eligibility is based on notice given before the course start date. If you'd rather move to a different upcoming cohort instead of cancelling, that's treated as a reschedule, not a cancellation, and follows a separate, more flexible process — see Section 3.

• 14-day cancellation right: if you book online, you can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, as long as your course hasn't started. If your course starts within 14 days of booking and you've asked us to let you start, you can still cancel before it begins, but once it has started we may deduct a proportionate amount for the sessions already delivered.
• 14 or more days' notice before the course start date: full refund.
• Less than 14 days' notice: no refund.
• Non-attendance without prior cancellation: treated as a no-show, no refund or transfer offered.

• 7 or more days' notice before the course start date: free reschedule to a future cohort, subject to availability.
• Less than 7 days' notice: rescheduling may still be possible, subject to availability, but may incur a reasonable administration fee.
• When you reschedule, your full course fee (including any discounted price you paid) is carried over to your new cohort. Rescheduling is not a refund and does not return money to you.

The bundle includes the Networking Essentials Bootcamp followed by CompTIA Security+ Exam Prep. If you complete Networking Essentials and then decide not to continue to Security+, you can request a refund of the amount you paid minus £700 (the standard Networking Essentials price), as long as you tell us at least 14 days before the Security+ cohort starts. The cancellation and rescheduling terms above also apply to each part of the bundle.

Sessions are recorded where possible, so if you miss one you can catch up using the recording. You can also join the equivalent session in a later cohort, subject to availability. Missed sessions are not refunded.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a full refund or a place on an alternative date, at your choice.

If you have paid via an instalment plan, including Klarna, cancelling your place does not automatically cancel outstanding instalments. The refund terms above apply to the total course fee, and any adjustment to outstanding instalments will be handled in line with this policy and Klarna's own terms.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
